We are often outside with the horses, cleaning cottages, or off riding in the forest (with no phone signal), so we recommend that you send an email, txt message or fill in the contact form for the fastest possible reply. You can serve yourself from our website, as this has the latest availability and prices - use the Book Now button to get a price for your chosen dates.
Please see your Finalised Booking Confirmation, which you will have been emailed following full payment. You can get the keys from the farmhouse after 4pm (or 1pm if you have booked an early check-in) on your arrival day.

Normal check-in is 4pm. We offer an Early Check-In option of 1pm for £10.

You are very welcome to park your car here and go for a walk until your check-in time.

We use the last half an hour or so to get the extra little things ready, so please let us complete this.

If you wish, send a text including your cottage name and I'll text you back as soon as it's available for you.

I understand this, however we suffer a lot of additional wear and tear from dogs, especially small 'well behaved' dogs that are allowed on the furniture. It's either we ban dogs all together or make a charge to contribute towards the wear and tear.
We have automatic discounts that are managed by our booking system - up to 40% for late bookings. We also offer 10% discount for returning visitors, subject to the cottage previously being left in a reasonable state of course. You can also get a 20% discount if you book while you are here or within a week of returning home. We also offer a 30% discount for regular visitors if you've been a few times.
Our horses are not riding school horses and we do not have the registration or insurance to allow this. There are treking and Riding Centres nearby that offer beach rides and structured lessons though. Please see the information in your cottage.
Yes we accept cheque, Mastercards, Visa, Paypal, PayM (subject to £250 max daily amount) and Bank Transfer (our favourite as there's no charges for us). We no longer charge for Credit Card/Paypal payments. Unfortunately we cannot take American Express payments.
Our website has been built professionally to provide the best possible security. You are protected by full encryption and we don't store any personal or payment details on our servers. Once payment has been taken we only record the last 4 digits of your card, so that we can advise you which card was used - so there's nothing to steal anyway.
If you select the option that asks us to use the same card for balance payments, we ask the bank for a special code for future transactions. This code only works between you and the current booking at Beautiful Wales Limited, and cannot be used by a third party.
Once we have checked your booking, we will send you a Booking Confirmation detailing exactly what you have booked and how to pay. We will send you a Booking Update after each payment received telling you the holiday balance. We will send you a Finalised Booking Confirmation once you have made full payment detailing final instructions and directions. These emails (or by post if you do not have an email on the booking) will be send within 12 hours.
If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours, check your Junk or Spam folders. Some email providers are more severe than others and may automatically delete our emails due to them having an attachment, so it may be worth adding the domain 'beautifulwales.co.uk' to your trusted senders.
